The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aadhira Holdings (Pvt) Ltd (dba Agaram.LK). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Agaram.LK online learning platform and any other services, features, or content provided by us (collectively, the “Platform”).
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Agreements, you should not access or use the Platform. The terms “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to the person accessing or using the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization or entity to these Terms and that you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization or entity.
1. Use of Agaram.LK
We provide access to a wide range of courses, classes, and papers. In addition, we offer a platform to showcase talents, access academic resources, and explore highlights. You may use our platform and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
When you create your Agaram.LK account, and when you subsequently use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
You agree not to use our platform or services:
• To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of our platform or services.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Agaram.LK, an Agaram.LK employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
Additionally, you may use our Services only if you comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, and our policies that may be applicable from time to time.
1.1 Our License to You
Subject to these Terms and our Policies, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license/access right to use our Services. The rights granted herein are only for your personal, non-commercial use unless you obtain our written permission otherwise. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, unless expressly permitted by us, and you will not share access to your account or access information for your account with any third party. Using our Services does not give you ownership of or any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
1.2 Commercial Use
Any use of our Services for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any commercial use must be subject to a separate agreement with us. If you are an organisation already using our Services, separate terms apply for commercial use. These terms do not govern the relationship between your organisation and us.
2. Instructor Terms
When you sign up to become an instructor on the platform, you agree to abide by these Instructor Terms. These Terms cover details about the aspects of the platform relevant to instructors and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use, the general terms that govern your use of our platform. Any capitalised terms that aren’t defined in these Terms are defined as specified in the Terms of Use.
3. Intellectual Property
The content on Agaram.LK, including without limitation, the text, graphics, images, videos, software, and other content, is owned by us or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the content on Agaram.LK solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content on our platform without our prior written consent.
4. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Site and/or Service to any person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Site and/or Service, without refund, if you violate these Terms of Service or other Agreements governing your use of the Site and/or Service.
5. Content Offerings
We reserve the right to remove or modify any content offerings at any time without notice i.e., we reserve the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any Content Offerings, or change the point value or weight of any assignment, quiz, or other assessment, either solely, or in accordance with content providers. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content. You may not use or reproduce any content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of us.
6. Course Content Exclusivity
All course videos provided on our platform are exclusive to our platform to ensure the quality and integrity of the course content. These videos are carefully curated and designed to deliver the best learning experience to our students.
7. Personal Use Only
By purchasing a course, students are granted access to the materials for their personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the course videos or any associated materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Protecting Course Content
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us protect the course content. Unauthorised use, copying, or sharing of the course videos may result in legal consequences and the termination of your access to the course.
9. No Academic Credit
Academic credit is not awarded by Agaram.LK for successfully completing Content Offerings. Participation in or completion of Content Offerings does not award academic credit unless specifically stated by any agreement. You consent to not claiming credit for finishing a Content Offerings.
10. Feedback
We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback regarding the Services (“Feedback”). By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to use the Feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you.
11. Security
We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your account and related information, Agaram.LK cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorised use of your account by emailing [email protected].
12. Third Party Content
Through the Services, you will have the ability to access and/or use content provided by instructors, other users, and/or other third parties and links to websites and services maintained by third parties. Agaram.LK cannot guarantee that such third-party content, in the Services or elsewhere, will be free of material you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. Agaram.LK disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of, or inability to access or use, such third-party content.
13. Education Research
Agaram.LK is dedicated to the advancement of education and learning, and we may engage in education research to further enhance the effectiveness of our platform. As part of this research, your participation in courses on Agaram.LK may be recorded and analyzed.
This research aims to gain insights and improve the learning experience on our platform. It may involve variations in the content offerings to study their impact. Please note that any research findings will be presented at a summarized level, ensuring that individual identities remain confidential.
We respect your privacy, and your personal identity will not be publicly disclosed in any research findings without your explicit consent. Your participation in education research is voluntary, and you have the freedom to opt-out or withdraw from any research activities at any time.

14. Certificate Programs
Some courses on Agaram.LK offer certificate programs or similar credentials upon completion. It is your responsibility to check whether a course on the Agaram.LK platform includes a certificate program. Please refer to the course materials and information provided to determine whether a certificate program is available for a particular course. These certificate programs are designed to provide recognition for your achievement in mastering the course content, but they do not guarantee any professional licensure, certification, or qualification.
Professional licensure, certification, and job requirements for various professions may vary in each area and district, and job requirements may vary by employer. Agaram.LK does not guarantee licensure, certification, or qualification for any profession or job on the basis of your completion of a certificate program on Agaram.LK. You are advised to research, understand and comply with the requirements in the applicable area and/or field in which you work or intend to work, and to investigate whether the certificate program in which you intend to enroll meets your academic and/or professional needs before enrolling.
15. Modifying or Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend or stop part of our Services altogether. Accordingly, Agaram.LK may terminate your use of any Service for any reason. If your use of a paid Service is terminated, a refund may be available under our Refund Policy. We may not be able to deliver the Services to certain regions or countries for various reasons, including due to applicable export control requirements or internet access limitations and restrictions from governments. None of Agaram.LK, its Content Providers and instructors, its contributors, sponsors, and other business partners, and their employees, contractors, and other agents (the ” Agaram.LK Parties”) shall have any liability to you for any such action. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services and all included content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. The Agaram.LK parties specifically disclaim any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. The Agaram.LK parties further disclaim any and all liability related to your access or use of the services or any related content. You acknowledge and agree that any access to or use of the services or such content is at your own risk.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agaram.LK parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any party other than the applicable Agaram.LK party, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct; or (c) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your content or information.
You acknowledge and agree that the disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in these terms of use reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and Agaram.LK parties, and that these limitations are an essential basis to Agaram.LK’s ability to make the services available to you on an economically feasible basis.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Agaram.LK Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages (to the extent attributable to you under the applicable law), including reasonable legal fees and expenses, made by any third party related to: (a) your use or attempted use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) User Content, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
19. Governing Law
Except as provided below, the Services are managed by Agaram.LK. You agree that these Terms will be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
20. Revisions to the Terms
We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting by us. For any material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes, via a banner on the website, email notification, another method, or combination of methods. In all cases, your continued use of the Services after publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
