Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other Agaram.LK policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. 

If you experience technical issues with an offering/service/product purchased from our website, we are committed to providing support to resolve those issues. Please contact our support team for assistance with technical concerns or inquiries.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Please note that a service charge of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for administrative and processing purposes including the payment gateway charges. This deduction covers the costs associated with handling refund requests and ensures the smooth operation of our refund process.

1.1 Courses/Classes/Events

While we have a refund policy to provide students the opportunity to learn on our platform risk-free, we also have to protect our instructors/enterprises from fraud and give them a fair payment schedule.

If you wish to request a refund for a course/class/event (hereafter offering), you must do so within seven days of the purchase.

Once you have earned your Certificate, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if you earn your Certificate within the seven-day refund period.

1.1.1 On-Demand Offerings

Please note that the money-back guarantee will be void if you have accessed more than 10% of the content of an online course, attended online classrooms, or received recordings for more than one day. Additionally, if you have downloaded an E-Book or electronic product, the money-back guarantee will be void. Refund requests made beyond seven days of the purchase will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

1.1.2 Live Offerings

Agaram.LK reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change an offering, due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events such as floods, earthquakes, or political instability.

If Agaram.LK cancels/postpones an offering, 100% of the fees will be refunded to the delegate if the refund request is made within seven days of the notice, else will be rescheduled to any upcoming batch without any extra charges. However, any travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.

If a delegate makes a cancellation seven business days (or more) prior to the live offering, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate. If a delegate makes a cancellation within seven business days (or less) of the offering, no refunds will be made.

No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend a live offering.

1.2 Products

1.2.1 Digital Products

We do not offer refunds for any digital products purchased from our website. We encourage customers to review the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. 

All digital products purchased from our website are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights. Unauthorised distribution, sharing, or reproduction of digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

1.2.2 Physical Products

Our policy lasts for three days from the date of delivery. If three days have gone by since your purchase, you shall not be offered a refund or an exchange.
• In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and should be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
• A refund is applicable only for the following reasons specified:
â—¦ Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged.
â—¦ The product does not match the key features in the online description.
â—¦ The product is sent in the wrong style or quantity.
â—¦ Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken.
• Any hidden penalty fees or surcharges will not be charged.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Change of mind is not allowed in any circumstances.

2. Duplicate Payments

Refunds for duplicate payments made by delegates will be processed within ten working days after intimation by the user. All refund requests should be mailed to [email protected], and the payment will be made via bank transfer.

3. Terms and Updates

Except as provided in this policy, all sales are considered final and nonrefundable once an order is submitted.
